After the preparation of this week. I found out no matter English-language or Chinese-language cybercommunity in Hong Kong, the cyber culture more or less the same. The "main stream" culture marginalize the subordinate group. We can easily find the similar case from Uwants.com which Amy did in ICERED.
However, in our presentation face a limitation of TIME. It maybe create a confusion of cyberculture to some classmate. Actually, cyber community not only negative. There are also some positive case we can discuss. For example, some voluntary animal union share their love to some dogs and cats which is homeless. They held some adoption of cats and dogs. These can also catch the public attention and concentrate the love online.

I agree with Cyrus that there is no big difference between English-language or Chinese-language cybercommunity in Hong Kong. We can also find lots of similar topics and discussions in both cybercommunites. However, negative topics and events can be easily found in those cybercommunities as negative things can always get people attention and people like gossiping.
In cybercommunities, people can express and give opinions freely. Moreover, people can read other ideas and reply those or give their own views and feelings. Sometimes, people raise a question and ask for voting in which cyberdemocracy is shown.
